HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped within 7-15 working days. However, you may receive your items earlier. Personalisation will be an additional 7 days.
HOW DO YOU SHIP ?
We use both UPS and DHL Express. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been despatched.
WHAT DO YOU USE TO PACKAGE YOUR PRODUCTS?
We unhesitatingly assure you that each and every one of our packaging materials are sustainably sourced from responsible suppliers
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY AND HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You are able to return your order within 14 days of receipt, at your own expense. The product will need to be in its original packaging and in perfect and unused condition.
Please note that any personalised, bespoke or made-to-order products cannot be returned.
Please contact us prior to returning your item. We recommend a tracked DHL or FedEx service with appropriate protective packaging.
